Effective April 1, 2011, Steffen and Associates and Armstrong Nutrition Management will join forces! Steffen and Associates is a successful nutrition consulting practice in northwest Indiana founded by its current president, Marolyn Steffen.

Armstrong has long appreciated and enjoyed a positive working relationship with Marolyn and her team. We now look forward to a seamless transition and being one team!

Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2010

WASHINGTON, Jan. 31, 2011 — US Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius announced the release of the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, the federal government's evidence-based nutritional guidance to promote health, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and reduce the prevalence of overweight and obesity through improved nutrition and physical activity.
